Koh Tao Tropicana Resort was my favorite place to be in Thailand. It’s on the island Koh Tao and an absolute origin island. There are a lot of diving schools and I already have regrets that I did not make my free diver there. You should do it there.

The resort is pretty clean and the stuff is so friendly, they almost were friends. The food and drink is very cheap in this accomodation and very delicious as well.

For two persons and three nights with a climate cooler we paid about 5.400 Baht. This price is absoloutely justified.

You are just in the center of the city and the 7eleven is just the building next door, but it isn’t noisy at all. Shark Bay is about 15 minutes to walk or you can rent a scooter there.

My highlight was the little dog sitting at the reception all the time. Hope to see you again guard dog:
